As a sitter on Kelaviv, you operate your own business as an independent contractor โ not an employee. You set your own schedule, pricing, and methods. You are fully responsible for the care and safety of every animal you accept.

Under Israeli Tort Law (Section 41A), strict liability for animal damage falls on the individual holding custody of the animal.
